I interviewed three indie founders earning roughly ¥500,000/month. Their common rules:
- From idea to beta release in two weeks, no exceptions
- If it hasn't hit targets in six months, kill it — no attachment
- Raise prices every year, and no free plan
Stack choice barely came up. Price design and the willingness to walk away were the deciding factors.
